Strange Bedfellows (36 Hours #2) by Kasey Michaels

This series was originally published by Harlequin back in 1997, well almost two decades later, Harlequin has revamped the series and is re-releasing it as a digital series. One book is released each week, however each book is broken down into three parts, released on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. You will have to get all three parts, otherwise you get cut-off in the middle of the story and these stories are catchy.

Cassandra Mercer a high school counselor and Sean Frame a business man with a high school son and over involved parent/member of the school board are always at each other's throats; but when a horrible storm hits and they end up trapped in a car after a mudslide, let just say the heat from those school meetings turns into a different kind of heat.

As Sean navigates dealing with his teenage son by learning how to be a more communicative parent; he also has to learn what he really feels for Cassandra and whether their car ride can turn into something real.

After the storm Cassandra is finding out that Sean might be the one. Now she just needs how to figure out how to reach that bull headed stubborn man.

The story is good and the characters are realistic so the story is very enjoyable.
