Kate & Alf by Carrie Stone

This book was meh, Kate and Alf have been together for like forever and at the age of 32 Kate finally thinks that this is the birthday Alf will pop the big question. When that doesn't happen, Kate begins to wonder if Alf is the "ONE" or should she just move on.

Enter Alf's friend Marcus and with his kind demeanor he has Kate questioning her life and should she keep hanging on to Alf.

Okay first of, what made this book so meh was the fact that there is no way a guy can be that oblivious, you've been with this woman for seven years and you practically don't know her. Then we finally see Alf grow and become more attuned to Kate and Kate just automatically embraces this change in such a rushed manner. I could not feel the communication between the two characters so this one is meh.
