Corazón "Cora" Gomez is leaving her small town and going to an Ivy League school, she has no time for distractions, so yeah that means no guys.Caleb MacKinnon is back in his hometown after his father falls ill and he's needed back at the family ranch. On Valentine's Day, his date stands him up and somehow he ends up at the ice cream parlor where Cora works, after some talking, some flirting and some convincing the two go for a ride that ends up turning into a relationship.
When the Cora is too leave finally arrives what will Caleb do to show her they belong? Will he follow love? Will he stay in his small town?
The story is sweet and short; the way the characters connect really comes across on the pages. Cora was super determined and given her parents you understand why; Caleb on the other hand is such a softy and the way he goes after Cora, swoon.
