The "Chicago Organized Worker's League" or C.O.W.L. the superhero union is in the mist of new contract negations; but that's not the worst, they're dealing with super-villains and mobsters, and potentially corruption amongst their ranks.The story was really good; heroes are no longer saving people to be good Samaritans, it's a paycheck with a whole of politics attached to it. The ending was a real cliffhanger, we see the unfolding of a conspiracy and just how bad you have to be to be a hero.
