Where as before Laurie was 50/50 on how bad her captors where, now she really knows she's in trouble. Just when things are looking up Donovan throws another wrench in her life. Steele and the gang arrive in the nick of time to rescue Laurie, but because we have one more book to go, there has to be a major twist.
The story takes a shocking turn at the end and like the previous title, the gang is on the run again.
The books are so good, you will want read them all in one day; I did.
