When We Touch (Whiskey Creek 0.5) by Brenda Novak

Olivia Arnold thought she was going to marry Kyle Houseman until she finds out that in the about 5 months they've been separated while she started her wedding planning business in Sacramento, Kyle decided to fool around with her sister Noelle because he was basically throwing a temper tantrum.

While Olivia is forced to plan a wedding for Kyle and Noelle after Noelle gets pregnant, Brandon Lucero, Kyle's step-brother end up saving Olivia from her emotional crisis.

As Olivia and Brandon spend more time together, Olivia comes to realize that her "One" is not the person she always thought but the one she didn't see coming.

The story was sweet, but I will say there are no words to describe how much I hate Olivia's sister Noelle and her parents; like really Noelle is a major "B" and her parents just constantly turn a blind eye and then pretty much force Olivia to always turn the other cheek.

Brandon I loved, he open and aware of his flaws and what he needs to do to be the hero.

Kyle I hated, he spend his entire time bemoaning how he loves Olivia and getting all jealous when Olivia is anywhere near Brandon. His character was absolutely horrible and got what he deserved, a horrible person to complement him.
