Romancing the Ranger by Jennie Marts

The story follows Reese Hudson and park ranger Wade Baker who meet when Reese accidentally burns down an outhouse in a state park. Instead of accepting the apology and the offer to pay for the damages the judge decides that Reese needs to build a new one and Wade gets to supervise.

As they work together they get a lot closer. Sure it got a little annoying with Wade playing hot and cold but then after reading his story you’re like “ok”. Reese was so nice despite being the only child of rich, overprotective man. I loved when she stood up to her father and defended Wade.
